Normal it falls of in 14days. Problem is if it doesn’t fall off even after 3 weeks. Look for any discharge, redness, fever

The umbilical cord usually falls off between the 7th and 14th day. Please check for any discharge, redness, or swelling. If possible, share an image for a better assessment. Once the cord has fallen off, keep the area clean and dry. Avoid using talcum powder, ointments, or creams. If you notice any changes in or around the area, consult your pediatrician.
