0.8cc subchorionic collection at 16 week

I had a subchorionic collection of 6.7cc at 13 weeks which now at 16 weeks has regressed to  0.8cc. This is twin pregnancy. How long do I need to stay on bed rest? I have brown spotting 2-3 times a day now. Can I work on laptop?
