​I have been experiencing chronic itching and skin sensitivity around my breast area for a long time. It gets worse with sweat, heat, and cloth friction. I also noticed nipple changes in the past after exposure to muddy/unclean water. There are no rashes or open wounds, but constant discomfort. Please suggest safe soothing lotions, creams, or medical advice for this condition.
