Should i wear UV cut with power glasses while working on computer and using phone and TV? Will my number increase over time if i don't wear glasses?

You can wear.The no may increase,which depends upon many factors.pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.pl use glasses continuously and have regular check ups.
