Am I Having Clotting In My Veins? Mg/dl!

I'm having moderate Chest pain from last 1.5 months... Sometimes it goes then come back, sometimes pain goes to left arm's Veins/Areries, sometimes in legs also... Most of the times veins in my limbs feels like flashing... Sometimes pain occurs in middle of the chest and sometimes near left arm/shoulder... I get tired soon after walking or doing any physical activity... I don't feel problem in breathing normally, the KFT & LFT reports are normal, I had ECG many times everytime it comes normal, I'm continuously having Pain in my biceps I can't determine whether It's in the muscles or in my veins... I Had Lipid Profile test... And the report was this... Total Cholesterol - 160 mg/dL HDL - 43.20 mg/dL Triglycerides - 170 mg/dL LDL - 102 mg/dL VLDL - 14.80 mg/dL Non-HDL - 116.80 mg/dL
