My father is a patient of Myocardial infraction. He is using MONIT SR 30, Metlor XR-50, cardace 5, ecosprin av 75 /20, dytor plus 10, pantop - d. He is having problem with cardace 5, as the dose increases from 2.5 mg to 5 mg he developed small swelling in his throat... What is the alternative to ACE inhibitors and ARB.

Yes there are alternate drugs.
To suggest need to know his lv function and other reports .
