Alternative option for constipation
I am using lactic fibre but I relief only 30%.  Can anybody tell me any other fibre powder better than this. I think fiber quantity is low in this, Can i take ayurvedic Sat issabgol powder. This only contain fiber. Will it be better than lactic fibre. Or tell me another option.

Defecation is a physiology. It should be on time and should be effort less. If not happens, it is the because of imbalance lifestyle in food/ sleep/ work pattern. First thing correct that causing factor in life. Medicines or any external help should not be advised for long, as the routine help of such things will definitely end up in greater health issue.

Identify Why this is happening ? these are general causes for defecation problem with out hunger or thirst eating or drinking habit. Neglecting hunger and thirst. Habit of taking fat free foods like fibre rich food, sprouts, bhel, poha, etc which intern dries the tissues , intestine layers. Drinking water or liquid in excess without thirst or  when body is not in need , slow down the digestion and results in bad defecation. sedentary lifestyle, Day sleeping, night wakings long time stress. emotional variations.

identify which is the victim in you. then practice to consume good fats like Melted ghee in each food time with warm food. use Boiled and warm water while drinking along with food. Drink water when and only you feel thirst.. maximum problem solves within a week. make this general health maintaining  as routine . within a week, if not helped need to identify the specific reason and specific medical for you.
