This question is for my Mother who is of 66 years of age.
Recently my mother was diagnosed with low bone density, hence her doctor has prescribed Almity Plus (from lupin) tablet for her.
This medicine is not available in my area and her doctor has gone away on vacation and I am unable to contact him.
Can you suggest any alternative for almity plus , so that she can start her medication without further delay ?
* You can suggest more than one medicines for bone density.
◾️ PS - Since my mother is already undergoing treatment under a physician, please don't ask for paid consultation. If you wish to suggest any medicine without paid consultation; feel free to reply otherwise let it go.

Hello ,
Lupin’s Almity plus contains
1) algas calcareas- it is elemental calcium
2)vit d3
3)curcuma longa extract- this is nothing but turmeric
As far as I know there is no substitute product containing above all 3
Best is buy same product online - available
Or
Take cap biod3 plus , vit d3 60000iu weekly and curcumin daily
Thanku
