Alternative for Vymada 50mg
My father was diagnosed with heart attack and now is under medication. Due to the covid situation we had to use all our savings for his angioplasty+ diabetic treatment and now I'm looking for an alternative for medicine Vymada 50mg as it is currently 1100₹ per strip. Any help would be appreciated

Vymada is a very good drug for heart failure .
Stopping vymada willrisk him to again go into heart failure which might again cost you hospitalization and more expenses.
