If you are having some kind of cicatricial alopecia which means scarring alopecia, then hair growth may not happen. If the disease has subsided and you are not getting new lesions, hair transplant can be done. But I cannot be sure unless I examine you. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment.
