Allergy type nose irritation
Hello doctor,
My son is 7years old.
From past 7days he is having nose irritation and there is a inflammation inside one nostril.
He often sneezes , with clear mucous
He keeps on rubbing the nose, as there is a lot of irritation in one nostril.
Please help...

apply xylometazolin nasal drop 4 times a day 2 drops each nostrils
along with syrup LCZ 5 ml before sleep for 5 days .
