Hi Doctor, as you can see in the picture, I have a reddish allergy on both my hands. This redness leads to flaking of dry skin. In September last year, I suffered from the same thing. I was prescribed Tenovate along with Parasoft to be mixed and applied twice daily and it went away in 2 months. Now, it has come back again and I have been given the same treatment. As the creams are an obstacle to my daily work, I would request you to offer me an alternative to the same.

Kindly meet a Dermatologist near you for diagnosis and treatment plans. Similar presentation can be seen in many skin diseases and can be diagnosed during a consultation. OTC anti-allergic medications may be useful till then
