  4. Allergy on skin below eye. Cold weather?

Allergy on skin below eye
Past 1 week, I was having some dryness on my skin below eyes. Since, tomorrow that area has been redish and now it looks like some allergy. Kindly, suggest some remedy and is this some kind of allergy or due to dryness bcoz of cold weather?
