Allergy on hands and legs
My 3 years old baby getting small dots on here hands and legs, she is always scratching with nails, we are applying body lotion, but not sure it's working

She must have atopic dermatitis. Go to a dermatologist and get his/ her skin analysed.

Greetings!
There are many skin conditions ranging from allergy to infection (like scabies) which can cause itchy rash. Please see a Dermatologist for proper diagnosis and management plan. In the mean time you can apply Calamine lotion to these areas.
