  4. Allergy on hands and legs. Please help.

Allergy on hands and legs
I am suffering from skin allergy from last 10 days. Please check attached pictures. This allergy is not on my face, stomach but on hands, thighs and neck it is appearing. Not feeling itching and any type of pain. But it is increading day by day. Please help.
