Allergy in skin

Asked for Male, 36 Years

Please see the photograph attached.. I got this allergy or infection since 20 days.. i consulted a dermatologist and he advised that it could be a viral infection. Took Olang DT 100 and Fexodin 120mg for 10 days. Applying DC lotion for 15 days.. still not getting cured.. Need some expert advice please.. I have never had a skin disease till date and no one in my family also had such infections.
