Allergy for a long time
I've been dealing with this allergy for a long time, since my childhood. Whenever I consume fried or cold products, I quickly catch a cold. It typically begins with throat irritation, followed by continuous sneezing, a runny nose, and fatigue. Occasionally, it escalates to fever. Over the last 2-3 years, my condition has worsened to the point where I can't eat food from outside. Moreover, I experience cold symptoms and fatigue if I get slightly drenched in the rain or expose myself to sunlight. Recently, I've noticed increased fatigue even after minimal activity, such as running for a few seconds, leaving me feeling weak.
I've tried various treatments in the past, including allopathy, homeopathy, and ayurveda, but none have provided relief and, if anything, my condition has worsened. I'm also taking medication for my thyroid. The last time I checked, my TSH level was 10.
