Allergy dead skin

Asked for Male, 24 Years

As soon as season changes to summer or early summer i witness this red itchy patch and dead skin in first 2 fingers of my hand and toe. I have attached image of allergy in one of my fingers, tried so many derma products and consultants but this is very time taking due to which i am not able to complete any course. Please suggest some faster recovery from this so called psoriasis kinda allergy.
