Allergic buds on cheek
Hi, I have attached pics of my sister here. She has some allergic buds on cheek and forehead ( less compared to cheek). She uses cintol soap and Himalaya neem face wash. She used to have it sometime back, then it reduced with dark spots on face. Now it came back again. She tried dipping in cold water and says it is reducing. But I think it will not solve it permanently. She is not in bangalore, told her to check with a dermatologist in my local. But asking here for any suggestions or idea here for better. Thanks

Hi ! This is acne / pimples. It would be best for her to consult a dermatologist as you had suggested so that the required creams/gels and oral medicines can be prescribed. Please ask her to stop using the face wash. Please ask her to get it treated at the latest to prevent the development of post acne scars !
Next Steps
Ask her to start using a sunscreen ,once in 3-4 hours between 7am-5pm on all days. The sunscreen by itself will help in bringing down the pigmentation .
Health Tips
Do not use over the counter products that are not doctor prescribed ! I hope this helps ! Have a good day !

Greetings. I would advise not to experiment with different face washes and creams available over the counter. Please get her checked properly as many a time photos are not self sufficient.  For a proper treatment regime please get it clinically evaluated. Early checkup and promptly starting your treatment will help you solve the issue faster. Would be happy to help you.
