All finger joints having burning, itchin

Hello Doctor Thanks for reading my query and answering it accordingly. At night specialy my all fingers joints,fingers itself start itching, burning sensation,some time toes,sometime hands ... I am diebetic,type 2, Hypothyroid also. Please advice. Best regards Asha Garekar
