Finger Joint Pain
One of my finger joint is heaving a pain from approximately 6-7 months. I'm not able to fold or make a fist that particular single finger, rest of the fingers were ok. No accidents happens it was just randomly started... I'm confused...gone to an orthopedic he told me it's due to high uric acid...2nd orthopedic told me I need to go to some physiotherapist...kindly suggest where to go exactly...

Investigation :-*Blood examination : Polymorpholeucocytosis. *E.S.R. increased.Serum uric acid increased. *Material aspirated may show sodium urate crystals *24hours uric acid excretion is increased in urine.
Next Steps
Uric acid nephropathy,uric acid stones. Atherosclerosis. Hypertension,coronay problems. Diabetes mellitus. Acute tenosynovitis bursitis etc.
Health Tips
*Rest immobilisation of part. *Vegetarian diet and plenty of fluids. *Hot or cold compress on the affected joint acute stage. *Moderate exercise. I sugest homoeo treatment best. Thanks,24/12/2016.

Hello....... Even we cannot say exact cause without examination.. Gout presents as joint pain in great toe by deposition of crystals of uric acid.. ..other joints can also be involved.. Get x ray of joint, Synovial fluid analysis is done to confirm Gout.. Consult orthopedic surgeon..
