Hello, i live abroad and i have got diode laser in india 3 times. Where i live is mostly alexandrite laser. Is there any problem in getting the alexandrite laser done? Is it less effective or anything?? Any problem in it?

Don't be afraid of it. It is also a good laser depends how it is used. Alexandrite laser is also used for hair reduction.
