Alcoholism
I have a friend who is suffering from alcoholism, but the problem with him is, he relapse in every 2.5 weeks approx, other days he stays fine, goes to gym, play outdoor games. Do proper diet to stay fit, but then he lose control again and when he drinks he drinks for almost a week and around 6 to 7 full bottles neat. We try and always be with him, never leave him alone. But even if he is alone for 10 min in the market he will buy. He says he wants to try himself that he can stop after 1 drink but that never happens. I wanted to check are there any medicines that can help to stop this urge. And do they have any side effects? And in case of Alcoholic problem we should consult which doctor?
