Consult a psychiatrist immediately. Addiction treatment needs time and patience. It won't go in one day. By that time you can try to reduce the intensity of your drinking. Like, instead of 6 pegs a day try to finish it with 4. Eat something before you start drinking. After a week time try to finish it with 3. Like wise try to shift to beer instead of whisky. This methods may work. But proper treatment is neccessary to get out of it. Addiction treatment requires help of three persons, one psychiatrist, 2nd clinical psychologist and 3rd addiction counsellor (ex addicts). You can reach out to a addiction counsellore if you visit alcohol anonymous meetings. You can google it. Online consultations from me is also available.
