Alcohol related issue

Does alcohol lead to genetic disorder. I consume alcohol once in a month. I got to know that consuming alcohol, changes our RNA structure. I know consuming alcohol is bad for health and excessive of anything is bad for health but this information that alcohol changes our RNA really baffled me and I would request you to tell me the truth.

Hello There. I can understand your concern. Yes, its true and not just that, it does a lot of things in our body which when you get to know will baffle you even more. Whatever you have read is right..alcohol causes genetic changes. Avoid alcohol as far as possible.
