Alcohol consumption
1.Is it safe to consume 750ml beer every week? 2. My 28yrs old friend consumes alcohol about 90 ml every 5 to 6 days of interval.will it cause any health risk in future? And how much amount of alcohol consumption is safe in a month.feedback needed.thanks in advance

30 ml daily is the upper limit. Post which it is not advisable. However its better to abstain from alcohol as much as possible

Alcohol intake is not so great for our health as it can cause damage to liver and there by other organs also. So better to avoid it completely. However u can take small quantities occasionally.
