My father used to drink heavily for around 40 years.. He is 60+ now.. From a year or more he is getting weaker and weaker.. He doesn't have diabetes or hypertension.. He was drinking 4-5 days per week from 2 years.. And since one month he is not drinking alcohol due to severe weakness.. He complaints for heart burn many times.. On every alternate day he is either suffering from vomitings or loose motions.. Whenever he vomits we give him tab rantac and tab domstal o.. Andial for loose motions.. Those tablets gives him temporary relief.. And everyday he takes tab pantosec dsr suggested by one doctor long ago.. From 10 days he is really weak.. He is unable to sit for long time.. He has lost his appetite.. Untill 15 days before he used to have a good appetite.. He has lost much weight in these 2 years.. And also his urine is foamy many times.. He isn't ready to go to a hospital.. Please suggest what kind of treatment he should take? And from above symptoms what could it be?
