Albumin trace In urine
I have severe back pain, prickling and  burning sensation in the back, burning while urinating, yellow coloured smelly urine, strands seen in urine. got urine analysis done. it shows albumin traces and  bacteria presence in urine. is it UTI? needs to get urine culture done? please suggest what needs to be done further and treatment related to it. Thanks.

Yes it does seem like uti, more so a cystitis. You will need to do urine culture and sensitivity, a usg abdomen, pelvis postvoid residual urine. Also start antibiotics.
