Hi. My colleague who is 33 years old went through a general health check up today. While the reports are mostly normal, it says Albumin present in Urine sample. Is this something to be worried about? (Creatinine to Cholestrol - everything says normal)

Is he diabetic or not?
If so, is it traces or more?
If more have get evaluated with 24 hrs urinary proteins
