My father is a diabetic and blood pressure patient. During test urine test albumin is detected which was 2 positive (+). Please recommended precaution for controlling this problem.

Well..albumin in urine is suggestive of kidney malfunctioning and since he is diabetic probably its the initial stages of nephropathy...I suggest you to consult a physician or a diabetologist
