I want to know for 4yrs kids how much ml can we give.And whether this medicine can be given at night time or day time.

Give 10 ml once at bed time only one day. It may be repeated after 3 to 7 days if needed.

10ml at night bedtime only...repeat same dose after 2wks of 1st dose..

400 mg to be given after dinner

You can give Syr Zental 10 ml at bed time ( after dinner )
