I gave my kid albendazole a day ago, next morning he complained of fever , stomach pain and nausea. I took him toh doctor , he gave multivitamins and all and also gave mebendazole to give 5 ml three times. My question should I give mebendazole again as one day ago only I gave him albendazole. Please suggest

It is unlikely that he'll need another course of medendazole. The fever would not be related to the albendazole that he took and more likely due to an infection, possibly a stomach infection.
Next Steps
Wait and watch if the fever recurs. And continue paracetamol every 6 hours if there's fever. Sips of WHO ORS will help.
