Hi, my face got so many pimples. its looking weird now. all red pimples on face with water fill in it. y this had happend and please give me an advice what to cure this. thanks

use anti acne cleansers like salicylic acid based cleansers. Apply Benzoyl peroxide gel at bedtime over pimples for 2-3 wks.
