I can understand your concern.
I want to know if you are looking for post exposure prophylaxis or the treatment per se.
Anyhow, yes the treatment is available but it wont cure you of the disease. It will control it as much as possible.
It makes tge progress of the disease any appearance of the complications relatively slow.
The procedure is that you get tested for HIV and visit a ART(ANTI RETROVIRAL THERAPY) centre near you for further management.
