My grandmother is facing sever pain in tooth and her tooth is changing color and blood also coming from gums.Age is around 77years

Hopefully she doesn't have a medical issue such as diabetes or hypertension and is not on blood thinners. She most likely needs a Root canal treatment or extraction and cleaning of teeth by a dental surgeon
