Both nose block sometimes, right nose block often.CT scan shows S SHAPED septum deviation in the right side CONSULTED ent specialist. Advised septoplasty by one dr and another dr advised RFVR AND septoplasty. I am aged 76 . pl advise me

Use steroid nasal sprays for few months before you decide on surgery because it is unlikely that deviated septum which was there in you for many decades is troubling you now
