Afternoon headaches
I have been having daily afternoon headaches since quite sometime now. They usually last 30 minutes, or till I take a nap. They are not severe but they happen every single day in the post lunch session. If i get someone to press the area around my ears for 5 minutes, I feel fresh afterwards.

There isn't sufficient details to give you a specific diagnosis. There are multiple causes for headaches. I would advise you to visit a neurologist so that you can be examined and undergo investigations such as thyroid profile, CBC, CT(if indicated) so as to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly.
