Hi my son is 16months old..he got his vaccination 2dats back ..he was not able to sit coz his injections were shot on tighs ..he was crying while he tries to sit and got swelled ..it cured by itself by today ..but he's lil cranky ,he snot willing to eat and he thrusts his tongue when I tries to feed him..he s a good sleeper but now he woke up all night ..he s uncomfortable ..what night be the reason?we have him paracetamol Zincovit

Good Morning. if the baby is good sleeper, takes feed well, what more you want! Relax is the mantra. Can give him Paracetamol 1tsf sos. Keep Paracetamol 125mg /5ml concentration. Dose is 15mg /kg of weight. so give 1tsf if necessary . Avoid medicines. Relax is the mantra.

Continue paracetamol. If not better, give syrup combiflam for 2 days. Apply ice pack on the leg where the vaccine was given
