After Smoking Cessation
Hi Doctor, I need a help ! I have faced shortness of breath(mildly)all of a sudden, so I decided to quit smoking. after quitting smoke, the shortness of breath was not there for around 10 days, after that in the second week mark after quitting, shortness of breath arises suddenly... Please do let me know... And what are the home remedies for it...

Most probably it is due to anxiety related. Get one chest x ray and spirometry done. You may face craving but donot smoke again.
