After pcl surgery swelling on left knee
On 31.3.17 my pcl of left knee reconstructed with hamestring muscle. drs. advised me to keep leg stright in brase and walk with cratches, not gives the weight on operated foot for 1.5 months. Now after this period drs. advised me to fold the knee 90 degrees and above in four weeks and left the cratches and brase and gives the weight on left foot. i followed their suggestions and advised but during this period when i am walking without cratches or brass and weight on left foot the swelling is coming on my knee andduring bending of knee muscles pain increased. kindly suggest me that am i takes physiotherapy or not and dr. gives me tablet barque 10. is this tablet benifited in pain, swelling relif or not

There is a proper protocol for pcl reconstruction surgery.. it takes few weeks of rehabilitation..u need  strengthening of knee musculature, propioceptive and balance training
