Hi It’s postpartum anxiety. It can start several weeks after delivery and often comes with sudden fear, crying, fear of dying, “what will happen to my children?” thoughts, and anxiety that becomes stronger at night. The important thing is don’t treat these thoughts as predictions. When they come, remind yourself: “This is anxiety talking, not a sign that something bad is going to happen.” Try slow breathing, grounding, and avoid repeatedly checking your body or seeking reassurance. Since it has been continuing, I would recommend taking a proper assessment for postpartum anxiety and depression so we can work on the root of it with CBT. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.

Hi, could be postpartum disorders like anxiety and depression. This could happen due to hormonal imbalance, vitamin deficiencies or stress as such. Consult online for treatment
