After covid shortness of breath
I have childhood asthma and sinusitis issues  allergic triggers are dust, cold weather, cold food items ,smoke etc and symptoms is shortness of breath, runny nose etc which was treated, and around 21 years of age It has attacked and was treated with nebuliser at hospital and salbutamol, and it was on and off asthma which was gone away not much issues, when I am 31 years old  from 2020 pandemic I m facing issue of shortness of breath was on SEROFLO 250 advised by my relative I was using as rescue inhaler when I feel shortness of breath I used but not continuously , in 2022 jan I got attacked with COVID19 again my shortness of breath came back by relative suggestions I used SEROFLO 250 daily 6 times and methylpredisonl 2 nights, the shortness of breath was almost 16 days,WENT TO DOC GAVE MEDICATION BUT STILL  my issue is if I am using SEROFLO I FEEL SEVER DIZZINESS, HEART PALPITATIONS, NOT ABLE TO SLEEP, INSCREASE SHORTNESS OF BREATH, PAIN IN LEFT ARM, I am worried I have heart problems
