After covid and after endoscopy
My mom aged 55 Had covid in Dec .has alot of acidity since Jan til date Had done endoscopy but there is no ulcer or h.pylori .reports are attached . She is thalassemia minor and also takes temsi am for high bp Please advise something for. Acidity as she has alot of passing of gas and burps continuously .also please suggest something for  immunity as she has lost 10 kg since last 6-8 months due to vertigo /spondylosis

Kindly ask her to take Tab Pan D once a day in the morning on empty stomach. Tab vitamin c 500mg twice a day as a supplement should do. If you want me to solve any other queries do give me a ring. Regards.
