After 16 hours my headache will started.
I am suffering high blood pressure ( 195/140) so I am eating 4 cloves garlic to reduce my blood pressure but no result. How i will reduced my blood pressure that i am living healthy.

It's clear hypertension. Your should consult a general Physician immediately. At this stage you need medication only. 4 or 40 cloves never going to help you. You are in a risk of paraplegia also.

Blood pressure is not a disease. It is a sign of underlying other pathology.. Garlic cloves increases blood pressure during summer and if pressure origin from inflammatory pathology in body.. moreover garlic is not advised to take directly.. there are technical methods to follow under a doctor vision only..  otherwise garlic may result in to bleeding in capillaries, anus etc.
Next Steps
quit garlic, pickles, fermented stuffs, carbonated drinks, snacks, junks, excessive work outs, moving out in sunny day etc... Monitor Blood pressure in different timings of a day for few days if possible.

Apply sesame oil just before bath to whole body by own hands at empty stomach.  take a help of a doctor too
