My husband, my son and I are about to complete 14 days of home isolation. What precautions should we take after that? My son is 21 month old. Should I still need to wear double mask for baby? What would be the safety measures to be taken for elders and toddler?

According to latest guidelines no further testing or repeat testing is required after 10 to 14 days of isolation frm mild covid symptoms
If you had mild symptoms and are completely well Your chance of infection others is very less but you should still follow all SOPs and precautions
A single N95 mask is sufficient to give protection to others
