Im very afraid of gaining weight and the scale is all that i think about, i don't have any motivation to exersice and i just lay around on my phone all day, i lost 10 kg but my goal weight is 55 kg (current 62) i fight cravings off by chewing the food i crave and spitting it out, sometimes vomit if i feel really guilty
