How to take AF-kit tablets? Means 4 tablets at same time before and after food? should the two white tablets taken together at single instance or different days?

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice

1st tab after breakfast , 2nd after lunch and last two together before dinner. However take an antacid along with as they may cause acidity and vomiting. Your gynaecologist should hv explained you this already.
