Generally 4 wks waiting period is ok after Lap cholecystectomy, but best to ask your operating surgeon once on this issue .

Good evening Post surgery you can start walking and get back to your normal activity after 3 days. After a month you can get back to running and working out. But make sure to follow up with your surgeon

Ya sure.. you can start after a month post surgery.. after months of surgery you can do whatever you want
