Recurrent dyspnea and palpitations since one month with medication my Bp went down to ,90/50.
Now medication reduced to half Bp is now100/70, my Ecg shows suspect left ventricular hemi block T waves abnormalities and echo Ef is 68 percent I was advised to under go Angiogram and revascularization .Always my BP was normal except this time since four months I am very active person regularly practicing yoga, I can climb stairs case, do all household works.
I am on Tab Vildagliptin Metformin 50/500 BD. Tab Metoprolol 25mg BD Tab Sorbitrate 2.6 mg The Ecosprin 75mg Tab Atrovastatin 10mg Hs at present Kindly advice me, Do you advice me to under go CAG?
