Advice needed
My Dad is waking up many times at night due to dryness in the mouth. Says he breathes through mouth involuntarily these days when sleeping even though nose is not blocked. Has been borderline diabetic for a decade and on medication. Seems to be losing weight in the last 3-6 months steadily. He is 75 yrs old and is very afraid of hospitals so resisting major tests etc. Not sure what to do and even which category Doctor to visit like endocrinologist or someone else. Have come here to ask as a last resort - not sure how to proceed, pls help.
